Mrs. Allen has 20+ years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups to established organizations.

She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration. Mrs. Allen has proven experience managing corporate and nonprofit Human Resource Departments. She develops and maintains excellent rapport with all levels of staff and management from public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Mrs. Allen was recently recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year for by Enterprising Women Magazine. 

Prior to Recruiting Source International, Mrs. Allen served in many roles within Human Resources and Human Capital. She was Human Resources Director for The National Law Library, an online legal research firm. In this role she was responsible for managing a number of programs, including salary administration, health, life, retirement, payroll, recruitment, employee relations and stock benefit plans. She also spent time as a Senior Consultant for FutureStep, a division of Korn Ferry, and Maxwell Drummond International. She was responsible for working on mid to high level staffing needs for major energy companies.

Mrs. Allen also founded YMDQ, Inc.(Youth Mothers Don’t Quit), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that focuses on educating teen moms on parenting, maintaining a positive outlook, obtaining high school diplomas and college degrees, and to ultimately become responsible citizens and mothers. YMDQ, Inc. is solely interested in creating an environment for teen moms that is informative, nurturing, resourceful and uplifting. In her personal life, Mrs. Allen and her husband enjoy sports and family outings with their 4 children. She currently serves schools in the Houston and surrounding areas to help girls become productive citizens. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for Enterprising Women Magazine.
